Adobe has released the next Elements upgrade, called Elements 14 and it is still a standalone program, not part of a subscription model.

In my opinion, the addition of the Dehaze filter is the most important improvement, since it can be used in so often in situations that don’t involve haze at all. But there are also many other improvements.
