Photographing Wildlife

A precis of Joel Sartore’s 13th lecture, on taking wildlife photos, has been added to the Members Area of the website (don’t be deflected by the location – anyone can see the page).

Interesting Websites

And here are some especially attractive or interesting photography websites:

Elena Shumilova has some astonishingly beautiful photographs of her children and dogs.  Well worth a look.

Then, for inspiration, there is Jim Goldstein’s Photo Blog Project, in which he provides links to 328 photographer entries in his favourite photos of 2013 invitational list. As the title suggests, each photographer was invited to put their favourites on a linked page for all of us to see.  You can’t look at all of them in a single sitting (there are over a thousand photos), but browsing is highly recommended.  You’ll get lots of ideas about things you might like to try.
