We are pleased to announce that two new photographers have joined the BLPG Photographers Showcase:  Marilyn Niemiec and Doug Boyce.  Here’s some sample images to whet your appetite for more:

Visit Marilyn and Doug’s Photographers Showcase pages to see more of their work.

Emerging from our regular Bridge Lake Photo Group meeting of October 3 are some  images.  New photos came in from Dennis McCoy, one of which is:

and from Larry Citra – here’s one:

Visit Larry’s Closer To Home Gallery and Dennis’s Gallery, both in the Photographer Showcase pages, to see their other new photos.

Also at our meeting I presented a slideshow of some of the more than 1500 photos I took on a recent trip from Amsterdam to Budapest by river.  Check my Photographers Showcase page for a selection of the photos.

Because of the (perhaps excessive) length of the slideshow, viewing of the next chapter (Compostion II – Background and Perspective) in Joel Sartore’s Great Course “Fundamentals of Photography” was postponed to our next meeting.
